Our customer service office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. Cut out cakes are made from a single layer sheet cake and frosted with buttercream that may be tinted. Cut out cakes do not have a filling. **Ear and Horn is made from inedible hardened fondant - we need a full 5 day notice to make sure they are stable for transport; no exceptions to this timeframe please.
