Refund policy

• All cancellations, in order to get refunded, must be given 5 or more business days prior to your order date depending on how elaborate the design and order is.  Full refunds will be based upon if the order has been started or not.
• All refunds will require proof of purchase, a photo and an explanation of why a refund is requested.
