Terms of service


  • All orders must be prepaid.
  • We need a minimum of 5 business days to cancel an order and receive a refund.  If the design or scope of work is more elaborate and we have already started the project then there may be only a partial or no refund available.
  • Your order is not officially placed until we receive payment.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We will only honor price quotes that are 1 month or less.  
  • Our custom products may vary in color, design, and detail.  We reserve the right to take artistic interpretation on all orders.
  • There might be slight variations in sprinkles, decorations and garnishes from what the picture is. Â
