Gelato Rocky Road Cake

Our 8 inch yellow cake is filled with house-made chocolate gelato that is studded with peanuts and marshmallows.  It's iced with chocolate whipped cream, decorated with chocolate ganache drip, peanuts and marshmallows.  Serves 10 to 14.

This cake needs to be pre-ordered, so please order ahead. A full 48 hour notice is needed.  Our Gelato Cakes must be kept frozen until serving.  The best way to cut the cake is with a large sharp knife that is warm with hot running water.
