Gelato Rocky Road Cake

Our 8 inch yellow cake is filled with house-made chocolate gelato that is studded with peanuts and marshmallows.  It's iced with chocolate whipped cream, decorated with chocolate ganache drip, peanuts and marshmallows.  Serves 8 to 12.

This cake needs to be pre-ordered, so please order ahead. A full 48 hour notice is needed.  Our Gelato Cakes must be kept frozen until serving.  The best way to cut the cake is with a large sharp knife that is warm with hot running water.
