Tres Leches is named for the three milks in the soaking liquid (Leche means milk in Spanish.) The three milks in the soaking sauce for Tres Leches are sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream.  Made of vanilla chiffon cake with whipped cream frosting.
