HISTORY
Deerfields Bakery was established in 1972 in Deerfield, IL. The Schmitt family ran the bakery until selling it in 2018 to Adriene Philipps, Alex Kovacs and Ford Culbertson. Deerfields is excited to continue the Schmitt family legacy and develop new and exciting product lines to continue to elevate the brand. We are committed to striving for excellence with every product that we make as we refine our recipe for success.
